1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Neslern ("we", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

2. What the Service is

We provide AI-generated, step-by-step mathematics solutions and practice questions aligned to WAEC, NECO, JAMB, and O-Level/IGCSE curricula, reviewed and improved over time by teaching staff. AI-generated answers may occasionally contain errors. The Service is a study aid, not a substitute for a qualified teacher, and should not be relied on as the sole source of truth for graded assessments.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payments, access passes, and refunds

We offer a free plan with limited weekly usage, and paid access passes (Weekly, Monthly, and a Season Pass) described on our Pricing page.

All paid plans are one-time, upfront payments. None of our plans automatically renew, and your card, bank account, or payment method is never charged again after your purchase without you actively initiating a new payment yourself. When a plan's period ends, your access simply reverts to the free plan unless you choose to purchase again from the Pricing page.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where a genuine billing error occurred on our part (for example, being charged twice for the same purchase, or charged an incorrect amount). If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at info@neslern.com and we will review it.

Prices may change over time. A price change only applies to purchases made after the change — it never affects access you have already paid for.

(A small number of accounts created before this policy took effect may still be on an older, auto-renewing subscription. Those accounts can cancel auto-renewal at any time from their Profile page, and will keep access until the end of their current paid period.)

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or share your account with others in a way that circumvents subscription limits.

6. Content and intellectual property

Questions you submit and AI-generated answers may be stored in our shared question bank to help future students studying the same topic. Teaching staff may review, verify, correct, or add alternative solution methods to answers in this shared bank.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content for exam preparation. 8. Changes to these terms
